Graduates, students & interns

We love graduates. That’s precisely why we don’t have a graduate scheme. We’d rather let you get on with doing what you do best as a trusted member of the team

When we hire graduates, we’re hiring them to do what they’re good at, not to spend two years being passed from department to department as part of a grad scheme.

Our selection process is famously rigorous. If we offer you a job at the end of, it’s because we know you’re ready to do it.

We’ll put our trust in you and give you real responsibility from the start, but it’s a two-way street. We’ll provide all the support you need, but we also expect graduates to hit the ground running and start making a difference right away.

Technology scholars

Awarded to exceptional A-level students in the UK, our coveted Technology Scholarships give you the chance to come and work with us for a year before you go to university. You’ll get paid, get involved in real projects for our clients and work in teams to deliver a technology scholar project that you’ll present to the whole company.

While you’re at university, you’ll receive a generous bursary every year plus guaranteed paid work at CC every summer. Once you’ve completed your studies to degree, masters or PhD level, there are no strings attached. We offer only the best Tech Scholars a permanent position but there’s no obligation to stay with us.

Student internships

We also offer paid internships to university students, ranging from eight-week placements during the summer vacation to full year placements as part of your degree course.

Interns gain invaluable hands-on experience by working alongside our staff on real projects. It’s also a chance to show us what you can do – internships can sometimes lead to the offer of a full-time job once you’ve completed your studies.

Boston co-op experience

Our Boston office offers a paid six-month co-op experience that runs June-December and January-May. The co-op program provides students with hands-on industry experience to supplement their coursework. Co-op students will gain experience working on a variety of projects across all of the markets that are a focus for the Boston office: Industrial & Energy, Consumer, Medical, and Wireless Communication & Digital Services.

As well as being given the opportunity to contribute to client-paid projects, students will take on a multi-disciplinary co-op project that will be presented to the entire office. The aim of this project is to address an industry-relevant problem that would ultimately lead to an external press release or client presentation of our work.
