Introduction 

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and deliver strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns within our Industrial, Consumer and Energy Division that builds demand for the company’s services within new and existing markets, accelerating  global growth. 

This will include working within a varied and broad range of market sectors, not limited to, but for example agriculture, energy, construction, consumer electronics, food and beverage.

Within this role, your campaigns will create awareness, inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the marketing funnel to provide highly qualified prospects for our Business Developers to follow up on. You will also take our data-driven analysis of marketing to the next level, informing strategic decision-making and a continuous loop of improvement.

This is a brand-new role for Cambridge Consultants (CC) with the opportunity to develop your career as the business grows.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the commercial team in the creation of global audience segmentation strategies, forming the basis of marketing campaign target audiences  
  • Taking responsibility for end to end development and management (including budget)  of integrated marketing campaigns to engage and build demand for CC services in priority target markets 
  • Collaborating with our corporate marketing function on campaign strategy and delivery, including our CC e-newsletter, website, SEO, social media and events 
  • Using digital platforms (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc) to analyse marketing data (leads generated, page views, customer journeys, etc)
  • Analysing leads generated by marketing campaigns and highlighting those that match the audience segmentation strategies
  • Providing further lead segmentation that enable you to design and deliver highly personalised nurture programmes

 

This role will naturally offer lots of variety and the opportunity to collaborate with, and influence, our cross divisional teams, as such, we believe this role will be best performed by someone who can regularly visit the office.

 

Your Experience

We’re looking for applicants with the following experience or skills:

  • Highly collaborative self-starter, with good problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in developing and delivering marketing campaign strategies and plans for a range of channels including email, social, web and more  
  • Notable experience working in a commercial environment, within either technology-focused, or a technology-based B2B firm
  • The ability to distil clear and compelling messaging from highly complex topics 
  • Expertise in analysing data to produce insights that influence strategic decisions and presenting it in a compelling way
  • Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation software (preferably Salesforce.com and Hubspot) 
  • Professional qualifications in marketing or a related field

The following would be advantageous, but we would still encourage you to apply without:

  • Experience in creating advertising content for paid LinkedIn campaigns and management within LinkedIn Campaign Manager  
  • Expertise in customer segmentation
  • Experience of budget defining, managing and reporting 
  • Experience as a trusted advisor working strategically and supporting senior leaders across a complex business
