You’ll need to blend strategic instinct with tactical agility as you help to build brand awareness and drive lead generation using the latest digital marketing techniques. Bright and commercially astute, you’ll be comfortable delivering innovative inbound marketing campaigns with a strong, hands-on ethic who can point to proven experience working as a team player within an integrated marketing team.

What you'll be doing!

We’d like you to provide inventive and highly measurable digital marketing solutions to support our marketing campaigns using various digital and social media platforms. You’ll be regarded as the go-to person for implementing activities such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, remarketing, ecommerce media buying and search engine optimisation. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop and monitor digital media buying campaigns. Analyse campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights for the marketing team to implement and consistently optimise
  • Direct SEM/SEO analysis, keyword research and tracking as well as comprehensive Google Analytics services to inform and improve our digital marketing and content strategies
  • Learn, develop, and remain current on ever-changing industry best practices for digital marketing
  • Email marketing, updating our website with content uploads using our content management system, assigning inbound sales enquiries using Salesforce and supporting the wider marketing team with ad-hoc digital tasks

What you can bring!

  • Minimum 4-7 years B2B marketing campaign experience
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing theory, digital marketing metrics / tools and optimisation strategies.
  • Strong technical expertise in SEO and keyword research using tools such as SEM Rush
  • PPC experience ideally with Google Adwords and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
  • Email marketing campaign experience with sales outreach and/or promotions
  • Practical experience of working with HubSpot, Drupal, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising and Salesforce
  • Good communication, writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Willing to learn about our business and develop your digital marketing knowledge
  • Digital marketing qualification such as CIM Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing
