We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team of UX, UI and Service Designers.

We specialise in offering bespoke solutions to clients who rely on us to provide innovative services. We work in a wide variety of industries and markets and our services cover both physical and digital spaces.

You will therefore thrive on variety: on one project you might be defining ‘comfort as a service’ as part of an innovative home heating system; on the next you might be working with AI specialists to identify tuberculosis cells using computer vision and designing a service to support it.

You’ll share your days with talented teams of UX and service designers, software engineers, front-end developers, mathematicians and test engineers. Your focus will be effective, creative delivery for clients wanting to make a real difference to real lives.

What you can bring

  • An interest in solving complex problems and ability to reframe them to uncover simple design solutions
  • Good knowledge of user-centred design methodology
  • Experience in research and incorporating research findings into experience design
  • Skill in creating intuitive interfaces
  • Good communication skills with clients and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
