We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team of UX, UI and Service Designers.

We specialise in offering bespoke solutions to clients who rely on us to provide innovative services. We work in a wide variety of industries and markets and our services cover both physical and digital spaces.

What we can offer

We believe that User Centred Design is the key to producing fantastic products and services.

Our clients come to us looking for invention. You will be a creative thinker with an eye for design and can express your thoughts visually, but you can do more than that. You’re a problem solver. You can help define the Why? and the What? before delivering the How?

We design, build and innovate and deliver bespoke solutions to challenging, real world problems. Our work is not just limited to the screen. We have deep expertise in AI, sensing, software, electronics, mechanical systems and much more. All these teams will collaborate to help make your UX vision a reality.

We will provide you with the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects. You will therefore thrive on variety: on one project you might be defining ‘comfort as a service’ as part of an innovative home heating system; on the next you might be working with AI specialists to identify tuberculosis cells using computer vision and designing a service to support it.

You’ll share your days with talented teams of UX and service designers, software engineers, front-end developers, mathematicians and test engineers. Your focus will be effective, creative delivery for clients wanting to make a real difference to real lives.

You’ll have the opportunity to steer your career along the path of your choice. Whether you enjoy meeting and talking with clients, leading teams on multiple projects, or want to focus on developing your own design skills, there are multiple options to develop your career. Our collaborative and supportive working environment allows our designers to quickly develop their skills and knowledge in unfamiliar areas, enabling us to drive the creation of novel experiences using cutting-edge technologies.

What you can bring

  • An interest in solving complex problems and ability to reframe them to uncover simple design solutions
  • Good knowledge of user-centred design methodology
  • Experience in research and incorporating research findings into experience design
  • Skill in creating intuitive interfaces
  • Good communication skills with clients and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
