Overview

We are looking for a Graduate Data Engineer to join our AI team

This role would suit someone who has recently graduated from a related degree and can be available to start this year.

 

Details of the role

You will work with Cambridge Consultants cloud and client IT teams to integrate data pipelines into production systems. You will be responsible for creating and curating high quality data feeds for training ML models. You will be working with a talented team on difficult and novel problems. 

Cambridge Consultants works on every scale of project from initial proof of concept studies through to developing and deploying production systems, each of these projects will present different challenges and variety. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be:

  • Working alongside AI engineers to tackle complex data driven problems
  • Managing large datasets
  • Optimizing SQL databases and queries to achieve peak training performance
  • Working with other teams to integrate new data-feeds into our data warehouse

 

This role provides a valuable opportunity to work alongside and learn from more experienced colleagues in both your own and related fields. As you grow in experience you will get the opportunity to take on increasingly challenging tasks and will start to take on more responsibility for interactions with our clients, working with others to identify and define the technical solutions that will solve their problems.
