We are looking for a skilled electronic hardware technician to support testing activities for our rapidly growing team.

You’ll be working alongside talented engineers and testers on innovative multidisciplinary projects solving interesting and challenging problems for clients. High quality work is essential from every team member, as is a strong desire to learn to develop and implement solutions with different technologies and for different target markets.


As an electronic hardware technician, it is anticipated that you will:

  • Work with engineers and testers to set up, deploy, maintain and decommission test rigs, particularly focussing on our satellite communications projects
  • Help create and maintain the hardware equipment log including faults, calibration, maintenance and location / usage
  • Communicate successfully with stakeholders
  • Be proactive in engaging with developers during development/test cycles


  • Familiarity with setting up, maintaining and operating electronic lab test kit including power and communications equipment
  • Understanding of electronics concepts
  • Appreciation of electrical safety
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Strong organisational skills

The following would be advantageous, but are not essential:

  • Practical experience in a product development environment
  • Understanding of software
  • Experience of regulatory compliance
  • Experience with RF test equipment e.g. Spectrum Analysers
  • Familiarity with RF test methods and standard RF blocks such as filters, splitters
