We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to come and join our established and dedicated IT Support team within a world leading business.  Do you have a desire to learn and the ability to combine customer service and technical skills in fast-paced environment?  If so, this could be the right role for you!

Role Description

The IT Services team provides support to over 600 internal customers and we are responsible for developing, installing and maintaining a range of services to support business systems and processes.

The team is routinely challenged with innovative and technical requirements from our internal customers in the pursuit of market-leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email and desk side support on a wide range of requests
  • Setup and bespoke configuration of desktops, laptops and telephony devices
  • Creation and management of support tickets
  • Support of audio visual and video conference systems
  • Providing familiarisation sessions with new recruits on use of systems and Cambridge Consultants’ procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an IT Support role and in the management of support tickets
  • A passion for customer service and the desire to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Aptitude to learn and apply attention to detail within defined processes and procedures
  • Good interpersonal, communication, time planning, organisational skills and a can-do positive attitude
  • Experience of supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

It would be great if you have the following, but it's not essential:

  • Experience of supporting mobile iOS and Android devices
  • Experience of supporting Apple Macs
