Cambridge Consultants is currently in a heavy growth period, and we therefore require an experienced recruiter to come in and support our efforts on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
You will play a vital role in attracting and recruiting what makes us so successful – our people. We are looking for a strong and professional recruiter, who is proactive and passionate about providing the best candidate experience.


Role Description 

You will play a key role in adding value to the business by attracting and recruiting senior hires across our three divisions: MedTech, Wireless & Digital Services and ICE (industrial, consumer & energy).

You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure Cambridge Consultants are engaging with the best possible talent, using current and creative attraction methods.  

You will be playing a pivotal part in the transformation of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your understanding of what it takes to attract high calibre applicants in a competitive industry sector to help us grow. 

A key component of this role is being very strong at the identification of talent stage within recruitment. A strong background in understanding how to use relevant tools available is essential to the success of this role. We will provide training to ensure you are fully equipped with the type of talent we look to recruit.


Specific Responsibilities 

  • Identify potential talent using LinkedIn or other creative means
  • Evaluate the calibre of direct applicants and discuss potential talent with hiring managers
  • Utilise knowledge of relevant markets to identify organisations that we can attract talent from



To be suitable for this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable and successful experience of identifying hard to find skill sets
  • A strong track record of utlising LinkedIn tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn recruiter
  • An energetic approach 
  • Experience with managing stakeholders
  • Confidence in using your own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
