We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our team. Our clients rely on us to provide innovative services that scale. They come from a wide variety of industries and markets so a ‘one size fits all’ approach is not always best. We specialise in offering bespoke solutions.

As a UX Lead, you will help grow and develop our team to meet the needs of our clients. We believe that User Centred Design is the key to producing fantastic products and services.

We design, build and innovate. We have deep expertise across a range of design and engineering disciplines, which we bring together to deliver bespoke solutions to challenging, real world problems. Our work is not just limited to the screen. Our clients come to us because of our diverse skill set. We have deep expertise in AI, sensing, software, electronics, mechanical systems and much more. All these teams will collaborate to help make your UX vision a reality.

We need creative thinkers. Our clients come to us looking for invention. You have an eye for a design and can express your thoughts visually, but we need more than that. We’re looking for thinkers and problems solvers. We want you to help define the Why? and the What? before delivering the How?

You’ll share your days with talented teams of software engineers, front-end developers, UX and service designers, mathematicians and test engineers. Your focus will be effective, creative delivery for ambitious clients wanting to make a real difference to real lives.

What you can bring

  • Guidance and direction for the UX team.
  • UX thinking and how it applies to our key markets through blogs, articles, presentations and community forums.
  • Be a trusted partner for our clients - the team will become their development arm and you will help shape and guide their ambitions.
  • Be a key link between the commercial and technical, working with our commercial team to build new relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate our UX capability to our clients and in the wider development community.

We have a team ‘share-what-you-learn’ ethic so we can plan, grow and succeed together.

What we can offer

  • Technically interesting work across a variety of projects
  • Clients from diverse industries
  • Training and development opportunities
  • The flexibility to choose tools and mould processes to fit your project
  • Team social activities (optional!)
  • Relaxed and professional team environment
