We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to join our team. We develop novel digital services, deploy them, then work alongside the client while they take over the operation. We define consistent, verifiable and automated deployment architectures. We deploy them server-side on the internet, in client-owned data centers or in hybrid environments.

Our clients rely on us to provide innovative services that scale. They come from a wide variety of industries and markets so a ‘one size fits all’ approach is not always best. We specialise in offering bespoke solutions using a range of technologies such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud; Kubernetes, Go, Python; ElasticSearch, Terraform, and Gitlab CI.

As a lead DevOps architect, you will help to grow and develop our team to meet the needs of our clients.

The services we design are sometimes purely virtual and sometimes have a physical element, making this a unique opportunity to do both. Whether it be real-time IoT devices or AI at the Edge, the projects we work on are technically demanding. We want you to carve out your own role here and add to our momentum and achievement in digital services.

The team includes service consulting, user experience, front end design and development, DevOps, test and cloud software. The wider teams include AI, electronics, radio, embedded software and mechanical. Your focus will be effective design and deployment for ambitious clients wanting to make a real difference to real lives.

What you can bring

  • Technical guidance and direction for the Cloud team.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture - you will understand and articulate the value we bring across multiple markets.
  • Creative solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to understand our clients’ needs and the world in which they operate to enable us to build new relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Be a trusted partner for our clients - the team will become their development arm and you will help shape and guide their ambitions.
  • Build and extend our adoption of the latest DevOps tools and methodologies.

We have a team ‘share-what-you-learn’ ethic so we can plan, grow and succeed together.

What we can offer

  • Technically interesting work across a variety of projects
  • Clients from diverse industries
  • Training and development opportunities
  • The flexibility to choose tools and mould processes to fit your project
  • Team social activities
  • Relaxed and professional team environment
