Naturally, we’re expecting our new Global Recruitment Marketing Manager to be a passionate senior professional adept at delivering distinctive and measurable global campaigns that encompass digital and social activity. It would be helpful if your track record as a trusted advisor and marketing program leader in a complex, multinational organization includes experience within tech-based business or fee-based consultancy spanning Europe, the US and Asia. 

We’d really love to find someone who can truly ‘think and do’. By that we mean having the ability to create the strategy and the drive to collaborate with colleagues to get things done. You’ll need the confidence to stand up and be counted as our global expert in employee value proposition, employer branding and messaging development. And you’ll relish the chance to cross-fertilize your best practices and most effective recruitment tools in all our locations. 

We imagine that much of your satisfaction will come from acting as the tactical fulcrum linking our recruitment specialists in Cambridge UK with the global marketing communications and brand team and the senior hirers in each of our territories. Make no mistake, you will be our recruitment marketing authority; leading on localizing the global EVP in line with planned business growth. As the implementer of campaigns, you’ll be responsible for designing methodology and approaches that capture ROI and maximize impact.
