Role description

Support standalone strategy projects as well new product development programmes, providing robust and structured market, technology and business insights
Help project teams understand the problem & identify the optimal solutions so our clients can succeed in the market


Specific responsibilities

Assist project managers & technical leaders by scoping and delivering high quality, research and analysis work to drive strategic insight into projects
Design and undertake primary and secondary research programmes
Interview commercial, technical and clinical key opinion leaders / subject matter experts
Plan, prepare and help deliver workshops
Perform patent, competitor & technology landscaping / analysis
Support the preparation of product requirements specifications, translating market insights into clear product requirements

Limited occasional travel may be required.  Most days are based at our Cambridge UK Office



  • Excellent degree in engineering, science, design, or a related discipline
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and structured approach with demonstrable ability to distil results and draw meaningful insights relevant to our clients

Experience gained in a research, commercial or consulting environment would be advantageous but not essential
