What happens next

We’ll keep you up to date on the progress of your application. If we decide to take things forward, the first step is usually a phone interview, where we will find out a little more about you and you will have the chance to find out more about what we have to offer. If there’s enough common ground between us, we’ll ask you to come and see us face-to-face for a series of interviews. Depending on the role in question, we may also ask you to produce some work that we can assess or take part in some exercises.

Our interview process is tough, but that’s because our people are the most important part of our business. We plan to invest a lot in those we select, so we want to make sure we get to know you properly first. At the same time, you’ll meet lots of our people and by the end of the process you’ll have got to know us too, so you’ll be in a great position to decide if you really do want to work here. The fact that almost every job offer we make ends up being accepted tells you something about us.
